We hold your privacy in high regard. As a result, we operate under the following protocols:
We keep your financial information locked away when not in use. For valuation assignments, we are required to retain your file for five years from the date of the valuation, or two years from the date of the last legal action using the file, whichever is later.
We do not discuss our assignments with unrelated parties. With your written permission, we will share our findings with your CPA, attorney, business partners, lender, business broker and/or others that you designate. We limit access to your personal information to only those employees with a legitimate business reason for knowing such information.
We do not collect personally-identifiable information through our Web site, other than what you may opt to provide to us through our "Contact Us" page. Although the contact forms are routed directly to management and downloaded using the most current encryption and firewalls, we recommend that you not submit non-public information via that channel.
