Waters & Associates offers four types of reports:
Full Appraisal
A full appraisal is required for any assignment for which the report may be used in a litigation context. Examples of this are divorces, partnership dissolutions, disputes, and tax matters.
Summary Appraisal
A summary appraisal is typically used only for obtaining an SBA loan, when the purpose of the loan is to purchase a business, and when the loan amount (excluding amounts allocated to purchase real estate or separately-appraised equipment) will exceed $250,000.
Broker Report
This fully-customizable report is used by business intermediaries as a marketing tool for their clients. It contains some of the elements of a traditional appraisal report, with customizable content to meet the needs of brokers.
Calculations Only Report
The most affordable report that we offer, this report is offered to business owners trying to determine an appropriate price at which to list their business for sale.
